Membership Perks:

• Stay as long as you like. In fact you can stay full-time with us!
• Store your RV, ATV, Golf Cart, etc. in one of our secured compounds when you go home.
• Ask about our annual dues. You will be suprised at what you receive in amenities for your value and your property taxes are paid out of the annual dues.
• Enjoy the benefits of Ownership. Because Cloud 9 Ranch Club is member-owned, 100% of your dues goes to maintain and improve the ranch. Unlike many RV resorts, there is no developer to take a portion of each year's fees for profit.

Membership Requirements:

• The buyer and/or spouse must be at least 18 years of age.
• Memberships cannot be held jointly by two (2) or more single persons, nor can an additional person(s) be added to a membership except as Rights of Survivorship.
• Completion of a Club Membership Application, Purchase Agreement with Member's Rights and Limitations, Contract for deed if financing membership and a Quit Claim Deed. (See forms section below)

Membership Expenses:

• Deeded membership $1,500.00
• Discount of $100.00 will be given if full payment is made at the time of the application ($1,400.00)
• Financial memberships available by paying $200.00 down at the time of the application and the remaining balance financed at 6% interest over an eighteen (18) -month period ($76.56/month payments). Membership may be financed over a period less than eighteen (18) months with a higher monthly payment.
• Separate payment of $27.00 payable to the Ozark County Recorder's Office will be required to record your deed.
